What is innovate?
It is a sort of training weekend where you meet others in guiding and get a chance to help plan girlguidings future...or something to that effect!!!
Here's what we did...

thursday/friday mornin
went to normal's in the evening and slept over for our flight on fri. raided(literally!) normal's frezzer bout 10ish chucked out stuff that wasn't ediable!! found sum yummy food to cook, shoved it in the oven...and waited...and waited....and more waiting...then reliased the oven had actualy gone out...tried to fix it but it didnt re-fix...so Dippy and Nettie had icecream for dinner...Normal's was cooked...alrighte for sum vegietabalarians!!!! So at like half 11 Dopey and Nettie walked up to Nettie's mums nd raided sum food from her frezzer nd had piza at like 10 to 12!!!! we watched bb nd sugar rush, and Nettie insisted we watched it and she went and fell alseep! So we we went to bed at like 1 only to get up at like 4.30!!!!!! For our flight which was delayed .Rather rude ! But we had fun at the airport singing our songs and telling everyone we were goinG to ibiza!!! And we got to wear our ranger uni's that came which are WELL COOOL!!! And had lots of fun witH the police...ok that sounds rude we were jokin with the police..that better? lol! And Floss got properly searched coz of her belt and Normal was jealous!!! haha!
Friday -
So our flight was supposed to be at 8am but it got delayed to 9. Got on the plane had good times on the plane also "i only sat here coz there were no other seats left!" lmao!! but we got to Belfast airport and got on the bus to Belfast City centre, was amazed by the bell noise (is way cooler than ours!) and it had like a little screen telling you where to go and wot to see was cool =]. Got off the bus in the city and walked round the shopping centre, ate thortons ice cream which was yummy and Floss had a choco shot which smelt georgeousssss! yum yum hehe, then went and sat in the park and feel alseep. Some guy came over and asked us if we wanted to write on him, but thats not we heard we herd "do you want to ride me" and i was like "urmmm no!!" but then he produced a pen and soon realised what he meant!!! hehe - it was his last day at school and people were signing him..!!! odd! Belfast schools have very odd lookig uniforms, we saw loads that liked their skirts short, as in belts!!! Then they went to the extreme of being nearly floor lenght! Odd lookin shirts- red stripes!! wot!!! and some like all maroony colour, one of them actualy looked like the hogwarts uni, and they all wore long knee lenght socks!!! whcich is reallllly just weird!!! But anyway...we just sat round in the park all afternoon and slept and chatted which was cool =]. We then went to the uni in Ulster finding our rooms, and being sad that we didn't get a pink wrist band coz we were under 18 so we had to get a blue one instead =[ Made friends with like the secuitry people for our accomodation block, was amazed at the fact that they could see us! And that it was like BB!!! And had laughs with them, tried to find our rooms, i got mega-ly confused and found myself walking in circles!! Then went to dinner(uni food not nice it wern't bad but no...) found some more serucity guys and spoke to them, chatted for ages with them actualy checked my emails there aswell!! haha they were cool =]. And pub quiz which we failed rather miserablly! But never mind, we begged the bar guy to put bb on so we could watch it!!! Hehe didn't go to bed till about 1, man i was sooo tired!!!! haha had a shower bout 12.30- to ebat the early morning rush!!!
Saturday
Up early!!!!! 7.15!!! Went to breaky, had a welcome talk thing and then tottled off to our association workshop- bend it shape it, was really good talked bout flexiable guiding wot it is etc, spoke bout brownies meeting on a bus which I thought was well cool! And like hopsitial guding. Then we had our personal develpment workshops so me and Lora went of to cheerleading! which was welllll funny!! and good =] then after cheerleading we did another perosnal workshop which was for me dancing, wasn't what i thought it would be, managed to do some of it! but was welllll knackered!! and smelly...hehe! I needed a shower!!! But i couldn't have one cos we had another session of bend it shape it and then we had dinner, and then we went to the bandanana bash that they held for us, to raise money for children with cancer and to celebrate senior section being 90. Which was all rather fun- while in Belfast all four of us UNstables! decided to go matching, went into tkmaxx and found spotted pjs!!! so we mixed up the bottoms put them over the top of our jeans and went like that- we looked the sex!!! haha! very cool =] Then that ended at 12, went back to accommodation, kirsty and lynette went to bed me and lora sat talkin to 2 other youngleaders that we got to know till bout 2!!! Talkin about random stuff BB and everything else!! haha oh me and Normal gave me Nettie and Floss 10 badges each to sell to raise money for her gold trip and we sold like 50 that day!!!! Was welll funni coz we were going would you like to buy a badge blah blah blah =]
Sunday
We had like a conclusion to bend it shape it, then a session with all the other worshops and it was good to see what they did, then they had somthing called the fringe- basically where loads people do different things and it's for us to voice our views..or summit like that...met the chief guide which was cool we stood chatting to her for a while, Normal did some digging for her new job- future chief guide jobs hare with cathy!!! hahah! =] Then had lunch, egg salad sandhwuches YUK, club bar, apple and water- i had just the club bar and apple. Coach arrived to take us to the airport. Got to the airport and Belfast have a odd chekcing in system!!! Sat outside and waited to check in, haha was funny there was like 30 of us flying from Belfast- all to different places and at different times but we were all sat in like the same place and they were enteraining the secuity guards with guiding songs! Like you'll never get to heaven!! hehe!! Then we checked in, went thru to departures, flight was delayed again!!! boarded and had to wait again for them to fill up the plane. Flew home over manshead, and my college i had a little spaz!!! Then we dropped everyone home and i got back bout 10.30? Had to unpack and stuff so didn't go to bed till half 11!!!!
But it was wicked i came back with many ideas and stuff and the people were great, and Normal and Nettie and Floss were great! The weather was great! Although I didn't get to be in it but never mind!!! Thanks guys =] Normal had a fab time in South africa =] Pics will go up soon.
